Compensation:

• Base: $20-$24 per hour.
• Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, training, and/or experience.
• Job type: Full time

Job Summary:
A shipping packer is a warehouse employee responsible for fulfilling orders by arranging inventory in shipping and preparing them for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pulling, packing, and loading
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
• Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport
• Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas
• Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages

Education/Certifications:

• Highschool Diploma, GED, or Trade School Certificate

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to use basic tools.
• Basic computer skills
• Experience working operations in a Warehouse environment.

Location:

• This position requires an onsite presence at our Port Washington, NY warehouse.
