Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an IT support specialist. As an IT support specialist you will be responsible for programming and troubleshooting cameras and networks at customer sites for our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

As an IT support specialist you will be responsible for programming and troubleshooting cameras and networks at customer sites for our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Perform support for technicians
- Program and troubleshoot cameras, PC’s, etc
- Create & email work requests
- Dispatch technicians nationally
- Support technicians remotely
- Locate technicians for work nationally
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
- Previous experience preferred however not required.
- Must be willing to learn and expand knowledge.
- Understanding of camera systems is preferred (Bosch and Genetec would be great but understand basics of IP camera systems is required).
- Understanding of Windows 10/11 for supporting LP cart PCs
- Understanding of basic computer assembly and setup, for LP server troubleshooting and supporting field tech
- Basic networking knowledge and setting static networks.
- Good communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Sheridan, CO onsite.
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
