Project Manager/Construction Manager

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects for our company. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of project estimation, material procurement, and contractor coordination.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Project Management:** Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- **Crew and Subcontractor Supervision:** Lead and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and other key personnel. Ensure teams are working efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project goals.
- **Estimates and Budgeting:** Develop accurate cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor services. Maintain and track project budgets, identifying and resolving cost overruns as needed.
- **Material Procurement:** Order materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for each project. Ensure timely delivery and manage inventory to prevent delays.
- **Scheduling:** Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen issues.
- **Client Communication:** Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Quality Control:** Monitor all phases of construction to ensure work is being completed to specifications, adhering to safety standards, and meeting regulatory requirements.
- **Problem-Solving:** Identify and address any issues that may arise during the course of a project, including technical challenges, delays, or staffing concerns.
- **Compliance and Documentation:** Ensure that all necessary permits, inspections, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
