**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Project Management:** Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- **Crew and Subcontractor Supervision:** Lead and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and other key personnel. Ensure teams are working efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project goals.
- **Estimates and Budgeting:** Develop accurate cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor services. Maintain and track project budgets, identifying and resolving cost overruns as needed.
- **Material Procurement:** Order materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for each project. Ensure timely delivery and manage inventory to prevent delays.
- **Scheduling:** Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen issues.
- **Client Communication:** Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Quality Control:** Monitor all phases of construction to ensure work is being completed to specifications, adhering to safety standards, and meeting regulatory requirements.
