The HR Coordinator will perform administrative tasks as part of the HR Services team partner with employees within Unified and its affiliated practices to support effective and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for Destination U – Unified’s Core Learning Management System – including managing email inbox/inquiries, managing SalesForce tickets, and providing general support for compliance training, onboarding and related capabilities
- Supports HR Services special project work
- Assists with planning and execution of engagement- and recognition-related programs including Unified Impact Awards and Great Places to Work survey
- Maintains and updates HR Services annual calendar and assists with scheduling and coordinating quarterly HR meetings, ad hoc working sessions, and HR training activities with business stakeholders (e.g., Workforce Mgmt training)
- Performs other duties as requested or directed
Qualifications
- Two or more years related administrative experience within an HR environment
- Experience as an HR coordinator or relevant HR/administrative position preferred
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices preferred
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet department objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred, or equivalent experience
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Experience communicating logically and clearly both orally and in writing
- Experience effectively planning and organizing work
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to easily adapt to any situation; dynamic personality with the ability to adjust affectively to constantly changing policies and procedures
- Must be detailed-oriented with technical aptitude
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
