Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers within the unified communications market, focusing on Microsoft Teams Rooms and Teams Calling opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our solutions and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet criteria for handoff to sales representatives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies for key accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and progress in CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
- Stay informed about unified communications trends, Microsoft Teams technologies, and our product portfolio to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between remote work and in-office collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in unified communications, IT, or technology solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Teams Calling is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to research and connect with prospects in a professional and engaging manner.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting and exceeding activity targets.
