Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Service Supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically proficient individual who thrives on leading a team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HVAC service and maintenance, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality control. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple technicians.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Service Supervisor, your primary duties will include
- Supervising, training, and mentoring a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Overseeing the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
- Coordinating with project managers and other construction team members to ensure HVAC work aligns with the overall project timeline and budget.
- Developing and implementing HVAC maintenance procedures and standards to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues or concerns.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Participating in the preparation of budgets and cost estimates for HVAC projects.
- Keeping abreast of latest HVAC technology and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

To be considered for this exciting role, you must possess the following
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the commercial HVAC service industry
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC service and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic and servicing tools and equipment.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites.
