Are you a dynamic professional looking to make a real impact? Were hiring Industrial Clinicians to provide top-notch injury prevention for our workforce. We are searching for a full-time team member with availability to provide 40 hours of on-site coverage Monday-Friday between the hours of 6 AM - 8 PM. The shift times are variable and subject to change depending on client need.

Who You Are:
- Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC, MAT, LAT) or Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Passionate about preventative care and rehabilitation.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
What Youll Do:
- Conduct pre-employment screenings.
- Provide body mechanics training and job coaching.
- Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
- Implement wellness and work simulation programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching.
- Promote health initiatives and engage with staff.
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management.
- Track and report program metrics.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
