Job Title : Process TechnicianJob Overview :
The Process Technician develops and maintains programs and processes for the conformal coating manufacturing equipment, supports production with technical issues related to the conformal coating and troubleshoot issues related to the SMT equipment, programs, and processes, and ensures that the conformal coating programs are developed on schedule and are running at optimal efficiency. Reports to Process Engineering. Located in Newark, CA.
1. Develop and maintain programs for the conformal coating and perform manual application :
- Create SMT programs for Screen printers and pick and place
- Create and maintain a part library and train parts to ensure smooth pick up and placement
- Verify BOM and placement accuracy, CAD data, board type, panelization, and polarities
- Create optimal programs with line balance and efficient placement (manual / automated spraying, selective coating, dipping, brushing)
- Implement any deviation or special instructions relating to SMT processes
2. Troubleshoot and support the conformal coating machines and processes
3. Support Traceability System (Panacim MV and traceability)
