What you’ll do:
The Electronic Document Storage Technician processes high volumes of billing documents through the operation of digital image scanning equipment and indexing software programs. This individual is responsible for entering, maintaining, and retrieving documents daily, as well as providing basic support for agents and associates via email and phone.
Responsibilities:
Serves as a quality control measure by auditing images to ensure the integrity and usability of scanned documents
Verifies and validates image/document errors and makes necessary changes as needed
Works independently to index documents received through imaging software to TransDocs
Collaborates with Fleet Technology to assist drivers and agents with document issues submitted using UniGroup applications
Works with agents to address paperwork issues or workflow issues via email or phone
Maintains productivity and quality levels in accordance with company standards
Collaborates with IT to resolve system issues and support enhancements
Manages reporting, journal entries, and data exports within the ERP system, including managing agency statement exports through internal systems
Provides administrative and order support to other teams as needed
