Invest your natural curiosity, passion for results and desire to make a difference here and we’ll invest in your success with support, learning opportunities and benefits to drive your career in exciting new directions.     What you’ll do:   As the HR Operations Specialist, you will enable HR value delivery impacting employee and leader experience, while ensuring compliance, through programs, administration and analytics in the area of compensation, payroll and HRIS.  Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, you will be part of a Total Rewards and HR Operations team, working within the HR team, across employees, business leaders and vendor partners.      The Specialist is responsible for the administration of compensation programs and policies in alignment with UniGroup’s strategy to ensure programs and practices are market competitive and legally compliant.  This work may include annual merit and incentive process support, benchmarking, salary range administration, variable compensation administration, data analysis and trending, and deferred compensation administration.   Manage company’s salary ranges, benchmarking process, vendors and market data  Create and oversees company compensation processes including promotions, market adjustments, merit, bonus, and other incentive programs  Ensures company roles are compliant with Fair Labor Standards Act requirements  Contributes to initiatives, especially related to job architecture  Owns job architecture governance, along with HRIS Analyst  Analyze compensation-related data to support business processes and ability to attract and retain talent  Enable Strategic HR Business Partners with education, consistent business processes, etc. so they can support business leaders and create consistent employee experience  Train HR and business leaders on compensation practices and governance  Research and keep current with best practices, competitive landscape, and compensation-related information  Serves as back up to our Payroll Manager including management of timecard workflow and through submittal of payroll for processing to employee paychecks  Partner with HRIS Analyst to leverage HRIS system for data integrity, and administration of compensation processes  Contribute to other Total Rewards work including HRIS and benefit work backing up HRIS Analyst and Benefits Analyst   What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent related experience 3-5 years of HR experience, including compensation process administration and Total Rewards (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Leave of Absence) Proven ability to develop and enhance processes and programs within Total Rewards Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency HRIS experience (Dayforce preferred) Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a process improvement mindset Ability to manage projects, drive initiatives, and make sound decisions Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships across teams Comfortable navigating ambiguity and problem-solving with perseverance Knowledge of state and federal employment laws (FLSA, pay equity, etc.) Experience with job architecture or participation in a job architecture project is a plus What you’ll gain: Our benefits are fully competitive and provide you the opportunity to maintain a healthy work-life balance, access the resources you need, and focus on your growth and happiness.    Health & Wellbeing: Medical & Prescription Coverage Dental & Vision Plans Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)   Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 12-week Primary Caregiver Leave 4-week Secondary Caregiver Leave Competitive PTO  Volunteer PTO – 8 Paid Hours/Year Insurance Benefits: Company Paid Life Insurance Company Paid Long & Short-Term Disability Voluntary Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance Other Benefits: 401K with 3% Employer Match Tuition Reimbursement Company Paid Holidays   To see what UniGroup life is like, visit our Careers Page, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
