Job Purpose

As Associate Director - Dove Skin Cleansing, you will be responsible for deployment of Dove SCL portfolio, inclusive of Body Wash, Bar, Baby and Liquid Hand Wash within the United States. The Dove SCL portfolio is the largest within Unilever globally with $1.5B in turnover with a double digit growth ambition.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

  • Leads deployment for the $1.5B Dove SCL
  • Guides the complex portfolio strategy for Dove SCL (BW, Bar, Baby, LHW)
  • Manages marketing performance, brand profitability & growth initiatives
  • Leads go to market plans and activation for innovation and BLG initiatives
  • Leads the key initiatives across the portfolio to optimize go to market plans, Horizon 1 innovation strategy, while ensuring BMI (brand marketing investment) spend is used effectively.
  • Joint Business plan process for key customers in partnership with CCD (Category & Customer Development) team ensuring clear story on category growth drivers
  • Establishes team’s structure and manages reports by providing mentorship and coaching as well as ensuring team members have the appropriate tools and resources to deliver on objectives
  • Exercises discretionary authority over the day-to-day operations, including allocation of work, prioritizing tasks and setting deadlines; providing direction, assigning work and establishing priorities; providing guidance and constructive Management feedback; and reviewing deliverables

  • Previous successful experience in performance, engagement and innovation with clear tangible results
  • Personal care experience working in the US
  • A huge drive and passion specifically working with agencies externally and customer development internally
  • A balance of strategic, analytical with outstanding creative skills
  • Strong track record in developing activation programs with successful in-market results
  • Demonstrated high performance in project leadership and experience with strategy development

Pay: The pay range for this position is $141,680 to $212,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
