Are you a multi-tasker and like to keep busy while learning something new every day? Do you enjoy having discussions with people about their vision for their Hardscape designs (Back yards, driveways)? Or maybe you enjoy being helpful and being the go-to person for helpful information, and meeting/talking with new people every day. Then look no further, you would be the perfect person for this role.
The Front Desk Administrator will perform the following duties.
Outdoor Idea Center Showroom
- Greet visitors and provide a tour of the showroom as known as the Outdoor Information Center
- Provide assistance to homeowners by offering design ideas, product knowledge, and samples
- Availability to work alternating Saturdays during the busy season (April - October)
Receptionist Duties
- Serves as the receptionist for the front office, greeting visitors
- Answers phones and directs calls to appropriate individuals
- Data Entry into Excel spreadsheets and Customer Service software
- Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, computers, and other standard office equipment
- Provide samples to customers that can weigh between 20-30 lbs.
- Mail packages via USPS, UPS & Fed Ex
- All other duties assigned by the Human Resource Manager
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed

Salary : $32,200 - $40,800
