We are currently hiring for a Inventory Coordinator/Customer Support
This position is eligible for a SIGN-ON BONUS OF $1,500
What you’ll do:
- Direct liaison for communication with customers and inside staff
- Analyze resale inventory levels to determine purchase orders
- Place, track, and manage purchase orders and enter all direct ship orders
- Ensure accuracy in receiving and vendor billing
- Create annual product and price lists for multiple lines of Accessories
- Work with vendor custom order quotes / Liaison between sales team & vendors
- Collaborate and communicate with Sales Management
- Create Product and Price list for customers / Calculate sell price to customers
- Create PO from customer SO / place order with vendors / track & monitor shipments
- Confirm receipt of order with customer
- Perform cycle counts of inventory monthly
- Problem solves inventory discrepancies
- Running monthly reports
- Customer Sales analysis
- Inventory levels analysis (Roll-forwards)
What you need to succeed
- Decision-making skills
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, with a customer service focus
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Availability to work in person / office
- Ability to work overtime (M-F during season (April – October)10-hour days and off-season 8-hour days)
- Experience MS Office
- 3 years of Purchasing and/or Inventory experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred / High school diploma is required
- Exhibit professional and courteous etiquette in all situations.
