Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues they may have.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and resolve complex inquiries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
