Unimacts is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives across various manufacturing sectors. This role is pivotal in driving growth, expanding market presence, and forging strategic partnerships across multiple sectors. Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to expand Unimacts' footprint.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.
Market Analysis and Expansion:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones, ensuring a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring Unimacts delivers exceptional value.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with major clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level client communications and escalations.
Team Leadership and Development:
