Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Loan Assistant assists Mortgage Bankers with regard to mortgage structuring, document collection, communication flow with Underwriting, and closing coordination. The Loan Assistant may assist more than one Mortgage Banker.
Special Requirements:
- General banking knowledge.
- Prefer 2 or more years of customer service experience.
- Prefer an associate’s degree in business administration or another area closely related to financial services or sales.
- Must have the capacity to work under stress and handle difficult situations.
