Bank Teller - Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Cross-sell other bank services to help achieve sales goals set by management.
• Maintain knowledge of Union Bank's products, fees, and policies to provide accurate information and make product suggestions.
• Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations and laws applicable to this role, complete compliance training, and follow internal processes and controls as required.
