JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, a Program Coordinator Assistant will plan, organize, and implement the overall operations of a childcare center at an elementary school site under the direction of the Program Coordinator to develop his/her skills and knowledge in a progression from a Group Leader to the succession of a Program Coordinator. This position is developmental in that the individual will fulfill both Group Leader and Program Coordinator functions and tasks. This position will serve as the point of contact in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
