Union County Seating and Supply is seeking a Full-time Administrative/Bookkeeping Assistant to add to our team. Performs a wide range of accounting and administrative duties to support the business.
Hours and Schedule:
Part-Time: Average 24 hours per week. Business operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Schedule can be set at time of hire.
Duties include:
- Processes credit card payments online.
- Creates accurate invoices, sends them out, and ensures the payment is received in a timely manner.
- Enters customer payment information into accounting data entry system, QuickBooks.
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of accounts payable; receives, verifies, and posts accounts payable invoices into accounting system, QuickBooks.
- Answers, screens, and directs incoming telephone calls.
- Sorts and distributes internal and external mail.
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience necessary.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Background check required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
