Union Marine has an immediate opening for a Sales Associate in our Fife location. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working in sales and being in control of their personal financial success through commission driven compensation.

For more than three decades, Union Marine has helped thousands of valued customers achieve their dreams of life on the water. In addition to new and pre-owned boat sales, we offer full service departments and other resources to compliment a professional and seasoned sales associate. Prior boating knowledge and experience is a plus, but not required as we will provide technical training and the necessary tools for continued education and improvement.
The successful candidate will possess a passion for boating, possess proven customer service skills, and have prior sales experience. They will be detail oriented and a self-starter who is friendly, outgoing, works well in a team setting, is organized, professional, and has a strong work ethic. The qualified applicant will also be comfortable using various computer systems and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. To be effective and successful in our sales department, you must be willing to learn about our products and the industry, develop good customer relationships, foster customer trust and loyalty, be flexible, and always be willing to go the extra mile.

Our Fife showroom is open 7 days a week. Sales associates typically work 9 to 6 pm shifts that include rotating weekends. Evening shifts will occasionally be required during special events. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the United States.
