What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Sales Manager for Boat Dealership position at Union Marine?
Union Marine is the largest boat dealership in the Pacific Northwest. With five locations we represent many of the top brands in the industry. We are looking for a proven sales leader with dealership management experience to join our sales team in Fife.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, have proven leadership skills, the ability to mentor and motivate other team members, be organized, be a team player, professional, and have experience with managing inventory, budget, and budget implementation.
The optimal candidate will have RV or Marine Sales Management experience, but Sales Managers from other industries are encouraged to apply. A passion for boating is a plus. Please note, only candidates with prior dealership management experience (Boat, RV, Power Sports, Automotive) will be considered for this position.
This position will oversee the Union Marine sales team in our Fife Sales Center and in our Pacific Nautique store located nearby. Sales managers typically work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule and have the ability to be reached when needed. Our Fife Sales Center is open seven days a week from 9 to 6 p.m.
