Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: design and execute digital media campaigns that drive member engagement and align with business goals. This includes:
- Email and Text Marketing: Manage CRM platforms like SendGrid and Salesforce/Pardot. Develop and optimize drip campaigns, handle distribution list maintenance, and manage bounce lists.
- Social Media Marketing: Drive engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Vimeo. Create and manage social media accounts and ads while understanding each platform's requirements.
- Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research to understand union member consumer behavior and trends, and use this data to develop creative marketing campaigns.
- Website Design & Development: Hands-on experience with website creation and web content management. Proficient in WordPress, including themes like Divi. Responsible for SEO, security optimization, and web content updates. Manage web forms and ensure proper integration with email services.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and incorporate findings into future efforts. This includes tracking return on investment and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights.
- Technical Skills: Apply HTML, CSS, and use project management software. Competent in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office applications. Understand ISP and mobile provider mechanisms.
Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and web development.
- Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in reputation management and understanding of SPAM regulations.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
