Hiring a friendly, energetic individual to handle a multi-line/multi-office phone system to coordinate appointments and facilitate direction of all calls. Individual must possess excellent people and phone skills. The ideal candidate would have scheduling and computer experience. Offering competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage incoming calls
- Take messages for employees who are not in office
- Triage calls to appropriate departments as necessary
- Schedule appointments
- Complete new patient entry
- Handle patient inquiries
Initial training (approximately 3 months) will not be remote and completed at our Liberty Ave location. After training you will be able to work from home.
