Job Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a valid driver's license, demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, and have experience in reading and comprehending instructions. They should also be willing to work varied shifts, including 2nd and/or 3rd shifts, and have prior experience working with, on, and around heavy equipment in motion. Additionally, they should be able to successfully complete an assessment in English before proceeding to the interview stage.
Candidates are required to pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT) before being considered for employment. This includes normal color vision, adequate depth perception, and the ability to frequently perform coordinated hand movements. They should also be able to engage in physically demanding tasks, including occasional bending, stooping, and kneeling, and walk up to 5 miles per shift.Overall compensation package will include competitive salary, benefit plans, and a dedicated EAP.
