Duties
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks for construction company and property management company.
- Manage accounts payable and processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Manage all bill pay and payroll needs.
- Manage prevailing wage and certified payroll as needed.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and ensure all accounts are properly maintained.
- Interpret financial reports to provide insights on business performance and forecasts.
- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks Online for efficient financial management.
- Implement accrual accounting practices to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to guide strategic planning.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
