Duties
- Perform various waxing services, including body waxing, ensuring client comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation guidelines and protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and offering advice on aftercare.
- Assist clients with makeup application and hair threading as needed to enhance their overall look.
- Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
- Promote additional services such as esthetic laser treatments, nail care, and retail products to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible service to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required.
- Proven experience in body waxing with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Skills in makeup application, hair threading, barbering, nail care, or retail sales are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
