Union Supply Group has an immediate opening for a Replenishment Buyer - Perishable food products/items.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor item level demand planning and inventory management for multiple DC’s.
- Review and adjust mix/max on a weekly basis.
- Create, distribute, adjust, and monitor Purchase Orders.
- Maintain fill rate to ensure service level goals.
- Research root cause of service level issues and remedy to allow for continuous supply.
- Closely communicate with vendors and work internally to resolve any vendor issues.
- Responsible for new item setup and item maintenance, ensuring data integrity.
- Minimize waste and overstock.
- Work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Interact effectively across all internal departments to achieve strategic objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong sense of urgency & ability to successfully manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work & learn quickly in a changing & fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational & time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Effective verbal & written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
