About us
Union Williams Public Service District is a water and sewer utility that services approximately 3,200 water taps, and 1,800 sewer taps in the Waverly and Parkersburg area.
This is an entry level position with on-the-job training. You must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent; and, have the ability to attend class, and test, to obtain your Class I and Class II sewer operator's license.
Any applicant that has already acquired a Class I or Class II sewer license will be compensated for the additional experience.
Must have reliable transportation, have a state issued driver's license, and be available to work an on-call shift rotation which includes nights and weekends. Some mechanical experience required.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
