Day to day as a Network Engineering Supervisor

- Provide staff direction and support including but not limited to safety, work scheduling, and coordination hiring of personnel, appraisals, timesheet and expense report approvals.
- Manage the engineering staff to complete assigned tasks.
- Project Management Responsibilities :
Interact directly with the project coordinator in developing the overall construction schedule.
Identify and resolve team problems in a timely manner; work well in group problem solving situations; balance team and individual responsibilities; contribute to building a positive team spirit; align group commitments to goals and objectives; inspire respect and trust; provide vision and inspiration to peers and subordinates.
