Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer support, office management, and administrative tasks. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various software applications, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain building cleanliness and organization
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Utilize computerized systems for managing information

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and other office software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent file management skills

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
