What are the responsibilities and job description for the Library Contact Specialist ( bi-lingual) position at Unique Management?
The Library Contact Specialist makes gentle, effective calls, in accordance with UMS call center guidelines, to patrons of public libraries encouraging them to return materials to their member library. Calls require proper consumer identification practices and data security protocols along with adherence to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Maintains documentation accuracy and skip tracing effectiveness on every call.

This position requires:
- Excellent use of both English and Spanish languages
- Excellent, empathetic phone demeanor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills,
- Must have some customer service experience or equivalent communications experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older before making collection calls.
- Must successfully pass a third party, criminal background screen.
- Computer and keyboarding Literacy. (35 WPM)
Flexible schedules:
- Preferred schedule; Full-time: 12pm to 8:30pm EST, Tuesday-Saturday
