- Design and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and activities that cater to the diverse communities, ensuring safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experiences
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and concerns, providing personalized recommendations and solutions
- Stay up-to-date with global diverse community destinations, events, and travel trends, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of inclusive travel options
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse friendly hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers to ensure high-quality experiences for clients
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote diverse communitytravel services
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process and during the trip, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and vendors effectively
