- Manage office correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, ensuring a positive environment.
