Position Overview :
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, build strategic partnerships, and drive client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of our products / services and the ability to address client concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for inquiries, support, and feedback.
- Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to provide customized solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, and technical support) to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and address any potential issues or concerns.
- Prepare and present reports on client account status, including performance metrics and opportunities for growth.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance the value provided to clients and drive revenue growth.
- Manage client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation of products / services.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and enhance service offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and strategic advice.
