Job Qualifications
- Task Management including communication on progress and resolution for each task at 95% efficiency.
- Develop and lead an efficient and accountable team of productive supervisors
- Extensive computer skills are required in the following areas: typing speed, video conferencing, computer software skill and intuition, ability to manage multiple software tools quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally through email, phone calls, video calls, and texts
- Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Highly responsive, reliable, and possess strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to travel between worksites
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record
- 2 years of management experience is required, preferably in the vacation rental or hospitality industry
Job Summary
- Reports to the President and COO of Enjoy Unique Stays. Enjoy Unique Stays oversees multiple vacation rental properties in the Midwest. You will direct and assist in managing all business operations in your designated market. Maintains day-to-day operations of guest comm, maintenance and housekeeping teams. Solves problems and puts systems in place to provide exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals.
Job Specifications
- Oversees maintenance, housekeeping and guest communication teams.
- 24/7 emergency availability to team and 40-50 hours of work per week.
- While this is a remote work position there will be required travel to properties in order to connect with other team members in a 1 hour radius around Saluda, NC as needed.
- Will prepare new properties to go live by directing maintenance to setup furniture, art, décor and place appliances.
- Responds to inquiries from property owners.
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of all operations applications.
- Demonstrates well developed managerial skills necessary to plan, organize, and manage business operations and activities.
- Maintains flexibility in regards to working hours. Urgent tasks can arise in the evenings or on the weekends and responses to appropriate team members are needed.
Essential Job Duties
- Establishes and implements goals, objectives policies and procedures to maximize revenue through bookings while maintaining quality reviews.
- Reviews and provides leadership team with financial and statistical information necessary to make informed operations decisions.
- Maintains good relationships with all Unique Stays employees in order to promote a great working environment.
- Coordinates activities of all staff and delegates responsibility to appropriate personnel.
- Encourages following of proper channels of communication to report problems and suggested changes.
