Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and execution of marketing activities related to the Sandals loyalty member community and in support of the on-property loyalty & travel sales operation. The Project Manager is a pivotal position in driving the success of our loyalty program through effective planning, execution, and management of key initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies, campaigns, and projects that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.
Main responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects, timelines and within scope. The individual will set deadlines, help assign responsibilities as well as monitor and summarize progress of projects. Additional responsibilities include, preparing presentations for upper management regarding status of an assigned project.

Qualifications Include

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and customer loyalty with Salesforce / other CRM program experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project details and executional requirements of the Sandals Select Rewards loyalty program and the on-property Loyalty & Travel sales operation.
- Manage the development and execution of specific marketing initiatives supporting the Loyalty & Travel onsite sales teams and improved member engagement.
- Manage the design, content, and production process for campaign specific marketing materials.
- Support and leverage an integrated communication process (email, text, social, direct mail etc.) to drive customer engagement and ensure all programs are executed in a timely manner.
- Support the development of member specific offers and campaigns for loyalty members based on resort demand generation or business goals.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
- Build and maintain solid partnerships with internal stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and timelines.
- Using strategic planning and leadership skills to work effectively with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timeline.
- Manage many internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment by being able to set expectations and manager/department expectations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the customer engagement and loyalty department.

Qualifications Include
- Must have project management skills and experience.
- Must have knowledge of database systems to be used for promotional offers, Salesforce or other CRM experience is a must.
- Must have experience with formal project management software.
- Must be proficient in MAC and PC; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent follow-up and communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, with little to no supervision.
- Ability to assist, collaborate, and support a range of teams/people, both effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and presentations.
- Demonstrates strong problem solving ability and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines (at times with short notice).
- Must have budget management skills to monitor expenses and adjust strategies to stay within budgetary limits.
- Must have a marketing and communication background
- Must be able to travel internationally, with proper and up-to-date documentation. Travel frequency is 20% or more based on business needs.
