What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solutions Engineer position at Unique?
We are seeking a skilled Solution Engineer with excellent communication skills who enjoys collaborating with and on customer premises. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and configuring Unique's products at client sites to ensure seamless integration with existing systems, as well as assessing client infrastructure and designing tailored solutions for the effective deployment of our engineering artefacts. You will collaborate closely with our engineering teams to comprehend product specifications and deployment requirements, design customized solutions, and develop automated deployment processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
The position requires the willingness to visit clients on-site within the USA.
What you need to succeed
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3 years of technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering; or equivalent experience
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in automation and scripting to facilitate efficient deployments. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure, and containerization technologies such as Kubernetes
- Security and Compliance: Proficient in security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the financial services sector and an understanding of regulatory compliance is a plus
- Language: Fluent in English
