Summary/Objective
The Loan Servicing Representative is responsible for assisting the commercial, consumer, and residential mortgage departments by servicing commercial, consumer, and residential mortgage loans.
Essential Functions

- Scans and indexes all new loan files in the company's electronic filing system.
- Performs general file maintenance, reviews daily file maintenance reports, and runs reports as necessary.
- Manages the escrow insurance payments for mortgage loans.
- Maintains the mortgage loan tickler files.
- Reviews mortgage and commercial loan files.
- Enters daily loan payments, prepares and processes payoff payments, assists with collateral releases, and processes loan advances.
- Maintains a strong knowledge of the Bank's policies and procedures, identifies any deviations from policy, and ensures compliance with all required regulations and policies.
- Consistently demonstrates appropriate interpersonal communication skills with customers, coworkers, and outside vendors.
- Follows all Unison Bank policies and procedures.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role. The employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position. The employee is occasionally required to move about inside the office. The employee is regularly required to handle files and documents as well as regularly operate a computer and keyboard. The employee is regularly required to communicate with customers and other staff members and exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reviewing/inspecting documents.

Required Education and Experience
High school degree or equivalent required.
Preferred Education and Experience
Two years of administrative support experience.
