Unison Builds, LLC, based in Golden, Colorado, is a construction company focusing on luxury custom homes in the mountains. We are a family-owned firm. We are looking for a full-time bookkeeper and administrative assistant to manage our growing workload. Local candidates only please.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping (50%):
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Invoice customers
• Prepare financial reports, including monthly income statements and balance sheets.
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage petty cash.
• Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Enter transactions
• Payroll processing for about 10 employees.
2. Project Management Assistance & Customer Service (50%):
• Help us with construction planning on multiple projects.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor building permit applications (mostly Jeffco), well permits, septic permits, land disturbance and grading permits.
• Coordinating the various professionals required to complete permitting packages
• Bid Management. Help us obtain bids, prepare bid solicitations, vendor and subcontract selection, and subcontract preparation.

Salary : $48,000 - $55,000
