Administrative Assistant
Position Overview: Unison Health’s Respite Program is dedicated to supporting caregivers of youth with behavioral health needs by providing high-quality, temporary relief services. We work closely with care coordinators, providers, and families to ensure a seamless, compassionate, and impactful experience for all involved.
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven Respite Program Administrator to support the daily operations of our growing program. This position will report directly to the Director of the Respite Program and play a key role in database management, communication, documentation review, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Education/Experience/Other Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create clear, data-driven presentations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or nonprofit environments preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners
Primary Duties:
- Maintain and manage the Respite Provider database, ensuring up-to-date records and compliance with program requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Care Coordinators, Respite Providers, and caregivers; provide excellent customer service and program guidance
- Monitor all respite documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; proactively identify and correct errors
- Support preparation and submission of payment requests; collaborate with Accounts Payable and other cross-functional teams
- Create and deliver data-driven reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Analyze service utilization data and trends to support decision-making and program improvements
- Update and maintain content on the Respite Program’s website to reflect current offerings, resources, and processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal systems that enhance program efficiency
- Support the Director in various administrative and strategic initiatives as needed
