Intensive-Home Based Treatment (IHBT) (Lucas County)
$8,000 Sign-On Bonus! Pay for the Program Manager position starts at $80,000.
The Community-Based IHBT team provides therapy services to children and families with behavioral health and family functioning needs. Services are designed to flexibly meet the needs of youth, including appointments in the community. Position works to provide time-limited, short-term family involvement, while having a long-term impact.

Full Time opportunity available for an independently licensed clinician to oversee a team and provide Intensive Home-Based Therapy to children and families in the community. This position provides direct services to children and families with a mental health diagnosis based upon an individualized treatment plan and supervises a team of licensed (LSW/LPC) and unlicensed (QBHS) staff. The IHBT team lead represents Unison in collaborating with other child-serving agencies, such as juvenile courts and child protective services. Position also participates in an on-call rotation, including evening, weekends, holidays.
Education/Experience/Other Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work or counseling required.
- LISW or LPCC required. LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred,
- Weekend and evening availability required.
- Must demonstrate comfort in interacting with individuals with mental illness.
- Must be able to work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset and at times hostile individuals.
- Must establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Must demonstrate knowledge and skills of prevention populations and strategies.
- Must demonstrate individual and group counseling and crisis intervention skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make recommendations.
Primary Duties:
- Provides management, selection, direct supervision, and evaluation to all assigned personnel according to established policies and procedures and level of license.
- Provides leadership in the direction, development, monitoring and evaluation of assigned Program area in compliance with appropriate policies/procedures and governing guidelines. Conducts individual and group supervision according to program procedures, license requirements, and individual needs.
- Develops program policies and procedures.
