Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for improving the client experience by delivering excellent customer service to all clients calling or visiting Unison, as well as providing clients with access to services through an effective and rapid response to requests for treatment.
Education/Experience/Other Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous healthcare/medical office experience preferred.
- Must be proficient with computer operations and various packages such as clinical data bases. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Primary Duties:
- Answering phone lines, greeting customers, maintaining availability schedules.
- scheduling all prescriber and clinician appointments.
- Working with other staff to facilitate urgent scheduling needs.
