About the Role - The Director of Information Technology (IT) will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all system applications, network infrastructure, and security protocols across the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive IT experience or experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, Access Server, MS Office, network administration, and general computer hardware.
- Supervisory or project management experience preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with ODMH, ODADAS, JCAHO, or CARF certification/accreditation is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; eligible for vehicle insurance coverage.
- Experience with the development and implementation of technology platforms in healthcare or social services.
- Willingness to travel as needed to various locations.
- CPI certification must be obtained after hire.
