About You

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.
- 2-5 years of related experience in electronic assembly, project management, technical writing, or continual improvement
- Knowledge of drawings, schematics, and industry standards (such as IPC-620)
- Experience with determining the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension
- Self-motivated and driven
- Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Etc.)
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Familiarity with terminals, crimpers, or Zuken Harness Builder is a plus!
About the position
We are looking for an individual with the brains and ambition to elevate our new Product Introduction Team’s processes and projects in scale with the company’s growth. Your day-to-day could include:
- Coordinating technical engineering initiatives to ensure projects can be completed within budget and according to schedule, while upholding project standards and quality.
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Manage 2-3 direct reports
- Managing the development and execution of customized content by understanding the design the customer is seeking and translating it into manufacturable work.
- Making effective decisions when presented with technical hitches or multiple options for how to progress with a project.
- Troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing processes
- Review production costs, schedules, and future production requirements to assist management in decision making.
- Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
- Adjusting schedules and targets on projects as needs change
- Ensure validity of methods used by staff
