Description
Incoming Coordinator Specialist
Essential to functions:
- Unload and stage in an assigned area in the warehouse all returning product and equipment.
- Load trucks with an emphasis on making sure product is loaded correctly and protected to avoid damage.
- Able to effectively operate a Class C manual or automatic transmission bobtail or box van.
- QC Support
- Will calls support
- Delivery support
- Maintain receive and hold products and updated inventory catalog.
- In-house platform products support.
- Maintain uni-purpose-it products and updated inventory catalog.
- Maintain Uos stock and mockup inventory catalogs.
- Responsible for the distribution and upkeep of the warehouse personnel PPE by conducting monthly inventory counts.
- Maintain a good driving record and abide by all Class C vehicle operation laws and regulations.
- Verification of product returned to the warehouse by tagging all returned product with client name, proposal number, location, date, leadman name and truck number to assist the inventory department with the identification of the product.
- Responsible for maintaining clean incoming / outgoing docks.
- Understand standard Haworth products and basic installation sequences.
- Maintain good communication with all warehouse and field employees to coordinate dock space.
- Responsible to log all incoming product, notify Account Managers, Project Managers and Service Representatives via E-mail.
- When permitted, create Receiving/Disposal tickets for Inventory Specialist.
- Always return All equipment in designated area.
- Communicate with QC Supervisor on all outgoing projects.
- Help Determined Disposition of Non-Conforming or Usable Product.
- Verify all returned product is tagged and staged appropriately.
- Assure all recycling material is properly placed into appropriate bins and location.
- Turn in timesheets on a daily basis; no exceptions.
- Complete projects within time allowed or assignments in a timely manner.
- Participate in department meetings.
- Comply with safety rules by maintaining and wearing safety steel to boots, forklift harness and practicing safety rules.
- Be consistent with Paycom and comply with flexible work schedule.
- Establish and maintain strong rapport with management and co-workers.
- Maintain work area clean and safe from any debris and non-usable product.
- Exemplify a cooperative attitude in order to work efficiently with others.
- Comply with other duties as assigned.
