Are you a talented Site Manager?

Can you bring innovative solutions from various disciplines to enhance profitability, effectiveness, and humanity for our clients' businesses? Unispace is seeking a dynamic Site Manager to join our team in the office fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-time project delivery while exceeding client satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations to maintain construction progress and quality.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to keep project schedules up to date.
• Manage relationships with sub-contractors, ensuring a fair, safe, and clean work environment.
• Oversee snagging lists to ensure timely project completion.

Your Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Site Manager.
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams of sub-contractors.
• Extensive experience with commercial interior fit-outs.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong commitment to exceptional client satisfaction.
• Motivational team builder.
• Detail-oriented with quick problem-solving skills.
• Initiative-driven and self-accountable.
