- Commit to Safety - Always wear and properly maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE) while strictly following all safety policies and procedures.
- Inspect Equipment - Conduct thorough pre-shift, pre-trip, and post-trip inspections to ensure all equipment is in safe operating condition.
- Operate Mixer Trucks - Safely transport and dispense concrete products using a concrete mixer truck at designated job sites.
- Perform Hands-On Tasks - Assist with site cleanup, sample collection, waste removal, and other remediation activities as needed.
- Maintain Accurate Records - Complete all required driver logs, reports, and documentation promptly and accurately.
- Perform Routine Maintenance - Take responsibility for daily preventative maintenance tasks, such as greasing, washing, and general upkeep of equipment.
- Uphold Company Standards - Understand, follow, and actively promote all company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and compliant workplace.
- Ensure Worksite Safety - Clean and prepare work areas to identify and eliminate potential hazards before and after tasks.
