What success looks like in this role :
- Manages and coordinates Cybersecurity engagement, processes and policy implementation across assigned organizations.
- Ensures all aspects of Cybersecurity support are provided in an effective, integrated and business-focused manner.
- Leads team efforts associated with one or more of the areas outlined below.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Oversees the development, validation, implementation and maintenance of Cybersecurity policies, architectural standards, development protocols, guidelines and procedures.Ensures wide-spread understanding of how security compliance / non-compliance impacts business results, the company's reputation and general operational success.Provides guidance to business leaders on development of risk assessment and appropriate mitigation strategies and plans.Supports Business and Go to Market teams on questions related to Cybersecurity including assisting in responding to client security questionnaire, red lining security exhibits / contracts, etc.Cybersecurity Engineering
Oversees the development, deployment, maintenance and optimization of threat prevention, detection and remediation activity.Oversees and manages development of incident response plans to address potential threats.Oversees the development and execution of metrics and scorecards to measure cyber threats and associated business risk.Oversees the execution of forensic technologies and practices to understand threats / incidents and drive effective remediation.Product Security
Works with IT, Engineering / Product Development and other key stakeholders, ensuring their understanding and incorporation of advanced technical and procedural security protocols.Ensures ongoing support and alignment with key stakeholders on complex product development, enhancement and related activity.Ensures risks and vulnerabilities are identified, understood and addressed in an effective and sustainable manner.Cybersecurity Analysis
Oversees the full range of vulnerability management and assessment activity.Oversees all phases of incident response and investigation.Ensures development and execution of an effective forensic roadmap.Engages with law enforcement, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure effective ongoing prosecution of discovered incidents and threats.Participates in RFx / Client Bid process.You will be successful in this role if you have :
BA / BS degree and 6-8 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.2-4 years' leadership experience.Government background check or clearance may be required.LI-JV1
