- Ability to take inbound phone calls
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer issues in a timely manner
- Building customer relationships, through client side or peers within the team.
- Excellent communication skills while speaking to the customer
- Problem-solving abilities
- Empathy and patience
- Attention to detail with the consumer
- Muti-Tasking during calls, ability to type and talk during the call
- Ability, to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Customer service facing, interacting with the General public
- Typing test will be included
You will be successful in this role if you have :
Generally, 1-2years' experience in area of responsibility
This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
