Client company is a leading provider of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and solutions. Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, as well as supporting the growth of U.S. branch company by performing HR administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Offer daily HR guidance and perform HR administration and operations in common HR functions, such as recruitment and hiring, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, safety and compliance, etc.
- Translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the supported business unit’s strategy, operations, and team dynamics.
- Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives within the company
- Partner with business leaders to assess organizational structures, define roles and responsibilities, and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with business leaders to address talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development needs.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred in Human Resources, business administration, and related fields.
- 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role supporting branch company or department operations.
- Industry familiarity with industrial automation and smart products (e.g., AGV robots, machine vision, 3D SLAM laser navigation) is highly desirable.
- Experience with start-up company is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with a proven track record of driving initiatives.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgments.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Quick learner with a strong sense of professionalism, ethics, and teamwork.
